We are pleased to launch the Resilience Conference 2026 event program

As we enter our third year, we are scaling our event program considerably. In 2024 we launched Resilience Conference; in 2025 we ran an event at Munich Security Conference and Resilience Conference in London. In 2026 we are bringing Resilience Conference to Warsaw, Copenhagen, and Munich, in addition to our flagship event in London. We will also host a Policy Day in London, and private dinners and round tables throughout the year.

The goal of our 2026 event program is to support NATO to be ready for expanded war in Europe. We do not expand our event footprint lightly. As geopolitics changes almost daily for Europe and NATO there is an ever more urgent need for the defence ecosystem to become better connected. We believe that readiness is our deterrent, and should the deterrent fail, European NATO needs to be able to win in order to defend our democracies.

Network Resilience

Our part in this is to build Network Resilience across NATO. Network Resilience is mass network connectivity between our military and national security communities and the tech sector. When the tech sector engages with defence through a few programs or organisations, or through a handful of highly connected senior leaders, these networks lack redundancy. When people move jobs or the programs end, the networks collapse, and in a war or crisis these limited networks will not be sufficient or survive.

Network Resilience builds redundancy into the networks, ensuring that the tech sector is connected to multiple people across the military and national security community. As people leave or move jobs, or organisational structures change, the networks persist. These networks will be essential in a crisis.

Information travels over networks, and to keep the latest information flowing into defence at the speed of change in defence tech we need this Network Resilience. We also want all senior leaders to understand the tech sector, not just those whose job requires it. For defence leaders to be able to adopt and deploy innovative technology at speed and scale to outpace our adversaries, we need everyone to understand it and be part of it.

Torsten Reil, co-CEO, Helsing; Jeannette zu Fürstenberg, President, General Catalyst; and Tom Mackenzie, Bloomberg on stage at Resilience Conference 2025

How to attend

Early bird tickets for each event are available to purchase from today. All the events that are ticketed have a limited number of tickets for sale and we expect them to sell out quickly.

This is our event schedule. We will be developing it over the coming weeks, sharing speaker announcements and other updates on Resilience Media.

Warsaw, April 15th

Poland is spending 5% of GDP on defence, building one of Europe’s largest armies, and preparing to defend the Eastern Flank of Europe and NATO. Resilience Conference Warsaw introduces the military leaders, primes, investors, and startups at the heart of Central Europe to the wider defence tech ecosystem.

Policy Day brings together senior political and military leaders, the most dynamic investors and founders, think tanks, and academia to examine some of the most pressing issues in defence and to work up solutions over a day of workshops and war games. The event is invitation only and will maximise the impact of our work throughout the year.

Munich, September (TBA)

Munich is the hub of defence tech in Europe, and Germany is establishing Europe’s largest military. Resilience Conference Munich will convene the startups and investors at the forefront of this European defence tech hub, alongside the German military leaders driving innovation and investment into this sector.

Dinners and round tables

Throughout the year we will be running small, private dinners to convene the people working to protect our democracies around Europe.

Sponsorship and tickets

We fund our events through sponsorship and ticket sales only. We do not link sponsorship to editorial decisions; nobody pays to be on our stage. We have also chosen not to apply for government or other grants. This means we maintain our editorial independence and can curate the most challenging and impactful content. Everyone has earned their place on our stage and all our content is carefully curated, based on our own experience programming the world’s leading tech conferences for over a decade, and on input from our advisors and supporters.

If you want to support our events as a sponsor, please get in touch.
