MITS Capital has set up a new Danish-Ukrainian defence company called MITS Industries, positioning it as a platform to consolidate Ukrainian drone and counter-drone makers and to channel European capital into scaled production. The firm is incorporated in Denmark with headquarters in Copenhagen and Kyiv.

The initial lineup brings together Tencore in unmanned ground systems, Infozahyst in signals intelligence, Unwave in electronic warfare, and an undisclosed UAV producer. The transaction remains subject to definitive agreements. According to a release, the company targets hiring more than 1,000 employees and expects 2026 revenue to exceed $200 million USD. It will run a drone-as-a-service model across air, land, and maritime domains. According to a release, Ukrainian government estimates put 2025 production capacity above 35 billion dollars, with private output already exceeding domestic demand.

“Denmark is an ideal partner for Ukraine. The two countries share a common heritage, a common enemy, and common values. The combination of Danish capital and technology with Ukraine’s large and innovative defence industrial base empowers European defence against Russian aggression”, said Perry Boyle, CEO & Founding Partner at MITS Capital and Chairman of MITS Industries.

Why Denmark matters here is straightforward. Danish corporate infrastructure and export channels, paired with Ukraine’s large and innovative industrial base, give MITS Industries a pathway to scale and to reach European customers. MITS frames the move as a collaboration that can accelerate capacity, drive tuck-in acquisitions, and create a new European prime with Ukrainian engineering at its core.

The named companies bring real programs to the table. Tencore’s tracked TerMIT platform is already on the battlefield for logistics, casualty evacuation, and mission modules, and has been approved for operational use by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense. Unwave has been rolling out infantry and vehicle EW products and recently unveiled Pastka, software that automates control of EW and ELINT systems against drones. Infozahyst adds two decades of COMINT and radio-monitoring hardware and software.

“This is just the beginning. MITS Industries will generate significant capacity scaling and revenue opportunities and will be a platform for additional mergers and tuck-in acquisitions. In just a few years, we intend for MITS Industries to join the ranks of European defence primes,“ said Denys Gurak, CIO & Founding Partner at MITS Capital.
