The war in Ukraine has demonstrated that protecting society in large part means protecting it against drone attacks. Counter-drone technologies have become the cornerstone for baseline air defence systems. Nordic Air Defence’s flagship product is the Kreuger 100, a dual-use portable drone interceptor platform, designed to be successfully placed in the hands of either professional or civilian. It is said to be 10x cheaper than traditional anti-drone technology, such as interceptors and missiles. The startup has been joined by Sweden’s former foreign minister, Tobias Billström, as the director of strategy and governmental affairs. JG
