The list of startups whose technology have brought down the Black Sea fleet is limited to one: Uforce and its naval strike drone Magura is well known in the USV and Ukrainian communities. Spinning out of the Directorate of Intelligence Ukraine (HUR) in 2025, Uforce has early European and US backers who have bought into their battle experience and trust the ex-Silicon Valley CEO who is taking the helm, Oleg Rogynskyy, to make the successful transition from public to private company.
